What Is FlexHold™?
FlexHold™ is a postal box with a flexible cardboard retention panel built into the base. Place your product on the panel, fold the box shut, and the panel stretches over your item — gripping it firmly in the centre of the box, away from the edges where knocks happen.
It does the job of a box, bubble wrap, void fill and an insert — in one piece of recyclable cardboard.
Perfect for cosmetics, candles, electronics, giftware, subscription boxes, ceramics and any small item that deserves to arrive looking as good as it left.

What is a FlexHold™ box?
A FlexHold™ box is a postal box with a flexible cardboard retention panel built into it. The panel stretches over your product when the box is folded shut, holding it firmly in the centre of the box without any bubble wrap, void fill or inserts.
Do I need any void fill or bubble wrap with FlexHold™ boxes?
No — that's the whole point. The integrated retention panel grips the product during transit, so there's nothing extra to buy, store or stuff. The box is one fully recyclable piece of cardboard.
Are FlexHold™ boxes recyclable?
Yes. FlexHold™ boxes are plastic-free, made from FSC® certified board containing 60–90% recycled content, and the whole box — retention panel included — can go straight in the kerbside cardboard recycling.
Can I get FlexHold™ boxes printed with my own branding?
Yes. We print FlexHold™ boxes in full colour — outside, inside or both — with no plate fees, and you approve a free digital proof before production. Printed FlexHold™ boxes start from £1.45 exc. VAT each.
What's the minimum order?
Unprinted FlexHold™ boxes can be ordered from just 1 box, with volume pricing at higher quantities. Printed boxes are available in low minimums designed for small businesses.
What sizes do FlexHold™ boxes come in?
Three internal sizes: 200×150×35mm, 200×150×60mm and 320×220×55mm — each in brown kraft or white E-flute. If exact sizing is critical, order a sample first as manufacturer tolerances of 10–20mm can apply.
How fast is delivery?
Everything is manufactured and printed in our own UK facility, so turnaround is among the fastest in the country — unprinted boxes in as little as a few days, with free standard delivery on orders over £70.
