What's FlexHold and how does it replace plastic void fill?
FlexHold is a clever cardboard net insert that suspends your product securely inside the box. It replaces plastic bubble wrap, air pillows and foam — and it's fully recyclable with the box. Just as protective, zero plastic waste.
Can I print full-colour designs on kraft board?
Absolutely. We use water-based digital inks to print directly onto kraft. The colours come out muted and earthy (no bright whites or neon), which gives a premium, natural look. No plates or setup fees — just upload your artwork.
What's the minimum order for kraft boxes?
We print from as few as 30 boxes, so you can trial sustainable packaging without committing to massive volumes. Perfect for smaller brands or product launches.
How quickly can you turn around eco-packaging?
Standard kraft boxes can be as quick as next working day, depending on size and quantity. FlexHold inserts add a day or two. You'll see lead times at checkout before you commit.
Will the kraft box protect my products in the post?
