Our Founder & MD takes on the London Marathon (with a twist) for charity

At Fast Printed Packaging we're committed to making a positive impact in our community and beyond. That's why we're thrilled to announce that our Founder and Managing Director, Des, is gearing up to run the prestigious London Marathon - all in the name of charity.

But there’s a twist…

On Sunday, Des will join thousands of participants from around the world in the iconic London Marathon. But he’ll be doing it all dressed up as giant a razor as a nod to our sister shaving company, FFS Beauty. The razor suit, known as FFS Beauty’s mascot, has even been adapted with solar panel fans to keep Des cool during the event.

Supporting the Headcase Cancer Trust & The Peter Pan Centre

The Headcase Cancer Trust is a cause that's really important to us, for which Des has taken part in ongoing charity activities with, including acting as a guide rider on their annual charity ‘Pedal the Pyrenees’. Headcase is the only charity in the UK to solely fund research to find a cure for Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM), the most common type of brain tumour. Headcase operates on a voluntary basis, ensuring that donations directly contribute to funding crucial research.

Established for over 50 years, The Peter Pan Centre provides key support to children with disabilities, offering specialised learning and vital support for families.

With every step of the marathon, Des is dedicated to raising funds that will directly benefit the important work and research that goes into these charities.
