These single walled brown postal boxes can be identified using Royal Mail’s Pricing In Proportion (PiP) index to help ensure you always pay the correct postage. These 234x334mm sized capacity book mailers specifically fall into either their Royal Mail "Large Letter" or "Small Parcel" categories depending on the thickness of the contents. Maximum thickness to qualify for Large Letter pricing would be 25mm (including the book wrap mailer which would be a total of approximately 6mm allowing approx. 19mm for the contents).

Printable Areas
Our service is unique, as we have 1000’s of premanufactured stock packaging products ready to print onto with your full colour artwork and the fastest turnaround in the UK. This does however give us some limitations on what and where we can print onto the products. Our systems are designed for full colour images and / or logo’s / text in pre-defined areas of our stock packaging products, we’re not able to print on the entire outside areas. (Please Note: All available print areas are shown in the product images).
Artwork Format & Quality
Remember, the better the artwork the better the results. The best file format to send us would be a .png with all white backgrounds removed and at least a 300dpi resolution. A .jpg or .jpeg file are both acceptable formats, however the personalisation experience may not be as good. You can also send us files in the following formats: pdf, ai, eps, psd.
Also, for best results please avoid large areas of block colour, as this can give inconsistent print quality due to overlapping of print head lines.
Please note, we cannot guarantee to meet exact specific colour pantones.
Changing Artwork & Design
Whilst we can size adjust some artworks to fit your required products and print in the best possible format, we do not offer a design service. You need to send us completed artworks ready to place and print.
Can We Print White?
Our systems do not print using white ink, if your image contains white then the background of the product will be used to replace the white, as you would see in a traditional inkjet or laser printer. We do not offer embossing or a metallic finish in either gold, silver or chrome, we use inkjet technology, which allows us to process orders far quicker than most box printers / manufacturers. Any metallic colours will be represented by a high-quality similar colour inkjet image instead.
Artwork Setup Fee
A one-time low-volume set-up fee of £49.95 will apply to any product value under £100. This fee is automatically applied at checkout. This fee will not apply to re-orders of the same product, provided the artwork is exactly the same as the previous order.

Exceptional/Bulk Consignments
Depending on your total basket order, delivery charges may increase compared to the above and advertised postage charges. This is due to multi-consignment/overweight items and/or delivery locations. Please add the items required to your basket to update your delivery charge. Occasionally we may need to requote your packaging cost if the delivery location and consignment size is outside of our current couriers capabilities, if this is case we will contact you to discuss and clarify.
Please also note that dependent on product and/or quantity your order may be despatched on a pallet, if you are unable to accept pallet deliveries then please contact us to discuss your options.
Lead Times
In most circumstances we will aim to produce your printed full colour products within 24 hours dependent on order time, method and based on the artwork uploaded at point of order in the required format and resolution. For artwork emailed separately to the order, internal and external approval is required prior to production. Please contact us first to check availability to ensure we are able to meet your required lead time.
Deliveries / Failed Deliveries
Please be aware that deliveries are on an ‘all day’ basis Monday-Friday between the hours of 7am -6pm and cannot be specifically timed.
1. Parcel deliveries: Where a courier/Royal Mail is unable to deliver you will be charged a re-delivery charge of £8.00 + VAT.
2. Pallet deliveries: If delivery cannot be made due to customer ‘not being available/refused’ then a re-delivery fee will apply. This fee will be dependent upon the courier used, goods being delivered and delivery postcode. A price will be quoted and must be paid prior to re-delivery being made.
3. Any special delivery requirements such as time limited and change of addresses will incur additional fees applicable at that time.
4. Any orders not received must be reported within 14 days from date of order. Fast Printed Packaging will not accept liability of any non delivered orders reported outside this timescale.

What are your lead times for fast printed products?
We can sometimes deliver locally, the same day, if required subject to availability, but our main options are next day or our standard 3-5 day service. All options are available to choose during checkout. If you require a faster turnaround, you must be available to approve a proof sample as we will not process any order until you are satisfied. How do you turn around a fast printed order so quickly when other companies are quoting weeks?
Unlike other printing suppliers, we print all orders in-house on our own equipment. We also store high levels of stock of our own premade blank products so everything on our website should be available to print on to straightaway.
Can I provide artwork to print and cover the full outside areas / panels of the box/packaging?
Our service is very unique in as much as we have 1000’s of pre manufactured stock packaging products ready to print your full colour artwork on to with the fastest turnaround in the UK. Can I make any amendments once I receive my first sample?
Yes you can. You can make as many amendments as you require until you are 100% satisfied with the product you have ordered, as per our ‘Total Satisfaction Guarantee’.
I’m nervous to order a fast printed product as I may not be happy with the result, how can you reassure me?
We will not process and print your complete order until you have fully approved a full printed sample either by email, video, or a physical finished sample in the post. Please note, if you have ordered a printed sample only, this will be despatched as per your uploaded artwork and proof approval or corrections will be confirmed when you proceed to place a full order. You can make amendments as required until you are totally satisfied with your samples before your order is even put into full production. If you are not happy with the quality of the printed sample, we will refund your order in full without quibble. To ensure you are happy with the quality of the product we will print on, you can order a blank sample for a couple of pence.Why are you cheaper than other suppliers?
We get asked this a lot! This is because we manufacture our own blank stock as well as print in-house so we do not have to pay third parties who also need to make a profit.
How do I supply my logo or artwork?
You can either use our simple online personalisation tool where you can upload your own PNG or JPG file and see exactly how your product will appear. Or you can simply email in to info@fast-printed-packaging.co.uk and let us take care of it for you. Be sure to use/send file formats such as PDF, PNG, JPG, TIFF, BMP, AI, PSD & EPS.
Can you match my exact pantone colour?

Are your products and the process of making them environmentally friendly?
All base plain cardboard products are also manufactured locally (literally 4 miles from our warehouse) so further reducing our carbon foot print. All printable products are sustainably sourced, recyclable and FSC approved (where applicable).
Our packaging custom / personalisation printing machine / process uses a non-emitting digital water based inkjet process where almost all items are fed in to machine manually so other than the electric to run the machine (which is only whilst printing) it’s an extremely environmentally friendly process.

What payment options do you currently accept?
There are several payment options available on our Fast Printed Packaging website. You can simply buy your items online by debit or credit card whose payments are processed by the world-renowned secure Stripe / Shopify Payments. Alternatively, you can use any of our Express payment options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay.
We can also offer a 30-day payment account (subject to Status). UK based Companies and established charities / organisations can have a 30-day month payment account following a satisfactory credit check. Government Organisations Public Sector and any FSTE 100 business automatically get instant 30-day credit accounts.
Are you based in the UK or overseas?
Unlike some other companies offering similar services, Fast Printed Packaging are based right in the middle of the UK in Cannock, Staffordshire, which helps our lead times and keeps our carbon footprint down.

What are your general lead times?

Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, we have our own vans here at Fast Printed Packaging which we use to deliver both small quantity orders as well as larger pallets of product and orders. We can also distribute nationwide via several reliable couriers depending on who we feel can offer the best service.
Definitions
Seller refers to the website owner – the person to whom the order for the purchase has been given.
Buyer refers to the person or organisation placing the order. Goods or services refers to the product(s) for which the buyer has placed an order for with the seller.
Payment
All payments are due upon completion of order. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined the order will not be placed for the products and no items will be delivered. The buyer forfeits the ownership of any items due to non-payment.

We also accept PayPal as a form of payment.
Klarna payments are now accepted, subject to Klarna's terms and acceptance. Minimum spend for Pay in 3 is £35.00. Pay Now (in full) and Pay Later (in 30 days) have no minimum spend.
Delivery Policies
Delivery will be paid for by the buyer in the amount calculated by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during delivery, the total cost of the item including delivery, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller. Delivery costs will increase if choosing express options. If an item is damaged during delivery, seller will not be held responsible. The seller will take all reasonable steps to ensure the protection from loss, damage or destruction of the services or materials it supplies the buyer. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Personalised items are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable so we advise all customers to order a sample to ensure the product is suitable. We are unable to accept returns for a refund on unwanted goods or products ordered in error.
If your item has been delivered in an unusable condition or has sustained any damaged in transit, this needs to be reported within 48 hours of receipt via email at info@fast-printed-packaging.co.uk – we are unable to process these claims over the phone.
These terms & conditions have been put in place to ensure fairness between all our customers and ourselves. To ensure we are always able to offer the best possible prices and provide a high level of service to everyone.

Trade Sales: Items that have been supplied discounted from our single item rate or are paid for using BACS, internet banking, corporate or company credit card a company or on behalf of a company (limited or otherwise) are considered trade sales and not subject to consumer distance selling regulations. Please ensure you read these terms & conditions for more information on our returns policy for trade sales. Some of our websites display discounted multiple item rates. If you don't wish to use the discounted rate so that the order is not considered a trade sale, you should contact us in advance and the full single price rate will be applied regardless of the quantities purchased.
Reasonable time periods: We do not include weekends or bank holidays within the reasonable period time frame. However, we do include non-working hours. For example, 24 hours is considered to be 1 working day.

Buying products from us
We reserve the right to cancel any order without prior notice. In this instance we will make the request for all monies to be refunded to the card/bank account used to make the purchase within 28 days. Many companies may be involved in the delivery of your order, therefore any delivery date specified cannot form part of the contract.

The description of items offered for sale on our websites are provided by the product description.
Product photographs and other images may contain items that help show the product in context. For example, the product may be placed in a room or situation where it’s designed to be used. These additional items are not supplied as part of the product, and you should check the full description before placing an order.

From time to time a manufacturer may change or improve the product slightly without notifying us. While we constantly monitor the goods supplied to us and update our websites accordingly it is impossible to be 100% accurate and the goods we supply may not match the descriptions or photographs exactly. The products supplied to you will be the current version as supplied in the UK to us by the manufacturer or distributor.
Please note: Measurements listed on our website may vary by up to 20mm due to manufacturer tolerances. This variation is considered acceptable within industry standards, and we will not be held liable for any discrepancies within this margin.
Personalised Products
Personalised items are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable. We advise all customers to order a sample first to ensure the product is suitable. Returns are not accepted for unwanted goods or items ordered in error.
If your item arrives in an unusable condition or is damaged in transit, report it via email within 48 hours to info@fast-printed-packaging.co.uk. We are unable to process claims by phone.
Full payment, including mutually agreed artwork fees, is required upfront before production.
Fast Printed Packaging reserves the right to cancel or refuse any personalised print order at our sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to:
- Content that is offensive, discriminatory, defamatory or unlawful;
- Designs that potentially infringe copyright or intellectual property rights;
- Artwork we believe will not result in a high-quality finished product based on our standards and equipment.
We will make reasonable efforts to advise on alternatives, but we are not obligated to proceed if the final output would not meet our standards.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use all submitted text, logos, trademarks or images. By uploading content, you confirm ownership or permission to use these elements.
By submitting artwork or placing an order, you grant Fast Printed Packaging (Mailcoms Ltd) the non-exclusive right to use imagery of your finished goods for promotional purposes including advertising, website display, or social media. If you wish to opt out, please email info@fast-printed-packaging.co.uk.
We are not liable for:
- Low-resolution uploads resulting in poor print quality;
- Errors not corrected by you in the preview or proof;
- Use of protected artwork without appropriate permission.
When using our upload tool, your item will be printed as shown in the upload preview. We take no responsibility for errors missed by the buyer or insufficient quality files.
Any significant changes to artwork after the initial proof will incur a £49.95 fee.
All reasonable care will be taken in printing, but variations may occur due to substrate, ink, or surface. White and metallic printing is not available; white elements in artwork will use the material’s natural colour.
If cancelled after upload or setup, refunds will not be granted due to pre-production costs. Refunds prior to artwork approval are at our discretion, but all design/setup costs remain payable.
If you are ordering this for a third party via our ‘White Label’ option or a manual unbranded fulfilment request, then you will be fully responsible to ensure the organisation or person receiving these goods approve the printed sample. We will not take any responsibility for approved printed samples that are then rejected by your recipient.

Our service is unique, we hold thousands of pre-manufactured stock packaging products ready to be personalised with your full-colour artwork and offer the fastest turnaround in the UK.
Because we print directly onto ready-made packaging, there are some limitations regarding what and where we can print. Our systems are designed for high-resolution, full-colour images, logos, and/or text, printed in pre-defined areas of the packaging.
We do not print over the entire surface of the product.
Please note: All available print areas are clearly shown within the product images on our website.
Tolerances - Product & Artwork
Due to manufacturer tolerances, the physical dimensions of our stock packaging items may vary by up to 20mm. This variation is standard across the packaging industry and is deemed acceptable. We will not accept liability for discrepancies within this margin.
In terms of print results, exact artwork placement may shift slightly due to the nature of printing onto pre-assembled materials and surfaces that may not be perfectly flat or uniform.
Additionally, colour matching is approximate only. We cannot guarantee that printed colours will match exact Pantone references or CMYK/RGB values. This is especially true when printing on kraft, brown, or manila materials where surface texture and colour will naturally influence the outcome.

For best results, we strongly recommend using high-resolution files, ideally in .png format with transparent backgrounds, at a minimum resolution of 300dpi.
We also accept the following formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .pdf, .ai, .eps, .psd.
Note that large areas of block colour should be avoided as they may result in minor inconsistencies due to overlapping inkjet lines inherent to the process.
Please also ensure any text is flattened or outlined where possible to avoid compatibility issues.
Important: We cannot guarantee exact Pantone colour reproduction.
Changing Artwork & Design
While we can resize or slightly reposition artwork to optimise it for printing, we do not offer a design or artwork creation service.
All submitted artwork should be final, press-ready, and formatted to fit within the visible print areas. If you are unsure about placement, please consult the product images or contact us before placing your order.
Can We Print White?
No, our systems do not print with white ink.
Any white elements in your artwork will be replaced by the natural background colour of the product — just as you would expect with standard inkjet or laser printers.
We do not offer embossing or metallic foil printing. Inkjet technology is used to ensure ultra-fast turnaround.
Metallic elements (e.g., gold, silver, chrome) will be printed as high-resolution flat colour equivalents, not reflective or metallic.
Artwork Setup Fee
A one-time, low-volume setup fee of £49.95 applies to all orders with a total product value under £100.
This fee will be automatically applied at checkout.
The setup fee is waived on re-orders, provided the artwork remains exactly the same as the original.
Disclaimer
We are printing your artwork onto a pre-manufactured product with full-colour inkjet technology. This is a technically challenging process due to variable materials, surface textures, and curvature.
While every care is taken to ensure high-quality results, slight imperfections or colour variations may occur — particularly on brown or manila kraft packaging.
We reserve the right to:
- Request revised artwork if we feel quality will not meet our standards,
- Recommend alternative formats,
- Or cancel and refund the order at our discretion if we are unable to achieve a consistent and acceptable level of print quality.
Delivery
All physical products are despatched by courier or post and are tracked. We do not issue delivery instructions requesting that parcels be left in alternative locations (e.g. “safe place”, “neighbour”, or at another address).
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept the delivery at the specified delivery address. If no one is available, the courier may attempt to leave a calling card — however, this is not guaranteed, and we have no control over the procedures of third-party delivery agents. If a card is left, the customer must follow the instructions on the card and contact the depot as soon as possible to arrange redelivery or collection.
Deliveries can only be made to the original shipping address submitted with the order.
It is your responsibility to ensure you provide a valid and monitored email address and can receive emails from any of our domain names (see our website for full list). We cannot accept liability for missed delivery confirmations, updates, or failed contact attempts due to incorrect, inaccessible, or filtered email addresses.
Please be aware that deliveries are on an ‘all day’ basis Monday-Friday between the hours of 7.00am – 6.00pm and cannot be specifically timed.
If the courier suspects the recipient may not be authorised to accept the parcel (e.g., underage or unrelated third party), they may request suitable proof of identification. If ID cannot be provided, the parcel may be returned to us, and the customer will be liable for any additional redelivery or administration costs.
Pallet Deliveries: For bulk orders or certain packaging products, deliveries may arrive on a pallet. It is essential that the customer confirms in advance that they are able to receive pallet deliveries. This means:
- Having suitable access and space to receive a pallet;
- Either a forklift truck on-site, or confirmation that a tail-lift vehicle is required;
- If neither is available, the customer must confirm they will manually unload (“handball”) the pallet themselves.
We will not arrange pallet delivery unless the customer has explicitly confirmed that they can receive such deliveries and informed us of any access restrictions, equipment requirements, or special conditions.
Failure to provide these confirmations in advance may result in failed delivery and additional charges being incurred. The customer will be liable for all redelivery and administrative charges arising from refused or unsuccessful pallet deliveries.
If you are unable to accept a pallet delivery at your location due to access limitations (e.g., narrow roads, height restrictions, pedestrian zones, or other constraints) or lack of unloading equipment or staff, you must contact us before dispatch.
At our discretion, we may agree to fulfil the order in multiple parcel consignments instead of a pallet. However, this service will incur additional delivery costs, which must be quoted and paid in full prior to dispatch.
We will not proceed with pallet delivery until we receive written confirmation from the customer that the site is suitable and equipped to receive the delivery. Failure to provide accurate delivery information or to disclose delivery limitations in advance may result in failed or refused delivery. In such cases, the customer will be liable for all redelivery fees and reasonable administrative charges.
Any delivery date requested by the customer is not guaranteed and does not form part of the contract. All delivery times are provided on a best effort basis.
Orders not delivered or collected within the courier’s specified holding period (usually 5 working days) will be returned to us automatically. In such cases, we will apply:
- A reasonable administration fee;
- Any courier fees incurred;
- And full redelivery costs (which are not subsidised, unlike the initial delivery charge).
If your parcel appears damaged on delivery, do not sign for it. Refuse the parcel and report the issue to us. If the parcel is signed for, it will be deemed to have been delivered in good order.
If damage is only discovered after accepting the parcel, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We insure parcels in transit, but once signed for, we must file an investigation with the courier before any compensation or resending can occur.
We cannot send replacements until the courier has completed their investigation and authorised a resolution.
Charges Passed to Customer
We reserve the right to pass on in full any charges levied by our courier or delivery partners, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided;
- Request for redelivery to a different location;
- Incorrect delivery method selected (e.g., standard instead of pallet);
- Missed or refused deliveries due to unprepared access or equipment.
Standard Production - 11 - 18 Business Working Day Production
Standard Production is FREE on orders over £70. Orders under this value will be charged a standard fee of £10.00.
Working days are Monday to Friday. Weekends and UK bank holidays are excluded from both production and delivery timeframes.
We are only able to deliver to addresses within England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
A minimum delivery charge of £20.00 will apply to the following postcode areas, regardless of order value:

An additional charge may be added prior to processing based on the delivery postcode. A member of our team will contact you upon receipt of your order if this applies.
If your order qualifies for pallet delivery, the delivery charge may need to be amended. You will be notified of this before production begins.
Express Production - 6 - 10 Business Working Day Production

Priority Production - 3 - 5 Business Working Day Production

All of our production timeframes begin only once we have received your artwork in the correct format and resolution and the proof sent is approved.
If artwork is sent separately by email, or if it requires review or modification, production will not commence until all internal and external approvals have been completed. This may delay the start of the production period.
Customers are strongly advised to contact us before selecting and paying for Priority+ to confirm our availability and production capacity. Next-day turnaround is not automatically guaranteed and should not be assumed without prior confirmation.
Same Day Collection
Same day collection in person from Cannock, Staffordshire is available dependent on order time, method and production availability. Please contact us first to check availability to ensure we are able to meet your requirements. Production costs are still chargeable, regardless of if it the item has been collected in person rather than delivered.
Please Note – Production vs Delivery
We aim to meet the production timeframes stated for each service level (for example, Priority+ offers 1–2 business days for production). However, these timeframes refer strictly to production, not delivery. Once an order has been completed and handed over to our third-party courier partners, we have limited control over how quickly the item reaches you.
As such, we cannot guarantee any specific delivery date or time. If your order is time-critical, you should take this into account before placing the order and consider any possible courier-related delays.
Delivery times may be affected by national or local disruptions, seasonal volumes, adverse weather conditions, or other operational delays within the courier network.
Damaged Goods
All goods are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch. However, in the unlikely event that any items in your order arrive damaged, you must notify us within a reasonable time, typically within 24 hours of signing for the goods, and provide full details of the damage.
To help us process your replacement quickly, we may request photographic evidence, which should be provided via email. If you are unable to supply photographs, we can arrange for the items to be collected and returned to us for inspection. In this case, someone must be available at the collection address at the arranged time, and the goods must be appropriately packaged to prevent further damage during return transit.
Once the items are returned to us, we will carry out a full inspection. If the damage is confirmed, we will issue a replacement as appropriate. However, if we conclude that the goods have been deliberately damaged to avoid return costs on an unwanted order, you will be liable for the return shipping charges, a reasonable administration fee, and the full cost of reshipping the items.
Please ensure you inspect goods carefully before signing for delivery. If the parcel appears visibly damaged, we recommend refusing delivery and informing us immediately.
Missing Items
If you believe any items are missing from your order, you must notify us within 2 working days of signing for the delivery. Reports received outside this period may not be accepted due to the limitations of courier and supplier reporting windows.
Upon notification, we will initiate an investigation, which may involve contact with third-party couriers, suppliers, or fulfilment partners. Please note that this process may take several working days to complete. We appreciate your patience while we work to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.
Faulty Goods
If you believe any goods supplied are faulty, you must contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue. Faulty items must not be used or further damaged once a fault is identified.
Upon notification, we may request further information or evidence to assist in assessing the issue. If the fault is confirmed following our investigation, we will either offer a replacement item or issue a credit note or refund, depending on the nature of the fault and the product.
We reserve the right to inspect returned items before agreeing to any remedy. Products that show signs of misuse, neglect, or damage caused after delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Cancellations, returns & refunds
Before returning any items, you must contact us by phone on 01543 572 776 or by email at info@fast-printed-packaging.co.uk to obtain authorisation and return instructions.
We do not accept returns for personalised products, unless the goods are found to be faulty. If, upon inspection, no fault is found or we believe the item has been deliberately damaged following delivery, you may be liable for all associated costs, including return postage, a reasonable administration fee, and the cost of reshipping the product back to you.
Cancellation and Refund requests prior to artwork approval are at our discretion, but all design/setup costs remain payable. If your order has already been approved and entered into production, it cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
Refunds will only be made to the original card or bank account used for the purchase. Please note that refunds may take up to 7–10 working days to appear, in accordance with UK anti-fraud and anti-money laundering regulations.
Credit/Debit card chargebacks
We take chargeback fraud seriously. Initiating a chargeback with your card issuer without first contacting us to resolve the issue is strongly discouraged and may be considered misuse of the chargeback process.
In such cases, we will provide your card issuer with full evidence of the transaction, including all correspondence and proof of delivery or service, to support the legitimacy of the charge.
If we believe a chargeback has been raised fraudulently or in bad faith, we reserve the right to pursue the matter further, including legal recovery of funds and reporting to the relevant authorities.
Use of our websites and their features
By using our website and its associated services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and agree to use the site only for lawful purposes.
We make every effort to ensure that the information, prices, product descriptions, and availability displayed on our website are accurate and up to date. Due to the nature of our products, which are personalised and produced to order, we regret that we are unable to offer credit accounts to any customers. All orders must be paid for in full prior to production.
Force Majeure
If we are unable to perform our obligations to you, or can only do so at an unreasonable cost, due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend those obligations without liability. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to: acts of God, accidents, war, strikes, government regulations, national emergencies, transport delays, or difficulties in obtaining supplies.
Privacy
We value and respect your privacy. We never share your personal data with third parties, except those directly involved in the supply and delivery of your order. We operate in full accordance with the UK Data Protection Act and are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
To fulfil your order, we may need to pass limited personal details (such as your name, delivery address, and contact number) to selected third parties, e.g. couriers or fulfilment partners. These parties are authorised to use your information solely for the fulfilment of your order and are not permitted to use it for marketing or unrelated purposes.
Our primary method of communication is via email. It is your responsibility to provide a valid and regularly monitored email address at the time of ordering. Failure to do so may result in delays.
You must ensure your email system, including any spam filters or firewall settings, allows delivery from our domain names. We cannot be held responsible for missed communications due to incorrectly configured spam filters or invalid email addresses.
